We had a great Christmas! It was so fun getting things for the baby! We can't wait until she is here! Next Christmas is going to be so much fun with her.
We also had parties with the Kreuze and Nyhof extended families but we did not get a chance to take any pictures there.

Baking Day

My Mom, Kaily, Rochelle, and I did our Christmas baking day on Wed. We baked 13 things total! It was a very long day but SO much fun!

Nick even came to help. He did a great job of dipping pretzels!

26 Weeks

24 Weeks

Our little girl is very active!  We have been enjoying seeing her kicking and moving.  She seems to get very excited when she hears her daddy. :)

22 Weeks

I had an appointment last week Thursday, everything looked great! Her heart beat was 140 bpm. My doctor also measured my belly and it measured right on track. So, I am not HUGE! I am NORMAL! Many people still seem to think that there could be twins in there because i am looking so big. I was very glad to hear that I am right on track, measuring normal. :)

We made our first purchase (besides the headbands) for our little girl tonight. We bought the crib! We are very excited about it and it should arrive in 6-8 weeks, 12 weeks at the latest. We can't wait to start getting the nursery ready for our little girl.

After we found out that we were having a girl, we were so excited! We had to go out and buy something for her. So we bought her headbands. :)

We are so thankful that everything looked good with our little girl. Her heartbeat was 134bpm.
I have another appointment next Thursday, so we will find out more next week.

20 Weeks

I am 20 weeks today!  I can't believe that we are half way already!  I have been feeling the baby move for about 2 weeks now.  It is so much fun!  Jeremy can't wait until he can feel the baby move.  

We have our ultrasound this Thursday.  Hopefully the baby will cooperate so we can find out what we are having. We are so excited to see our little baby again!

Chicago Marathon '08

After 6 months of training, Jeremy and our dads ran their first marathon.  They did such a great job!

We had so much fun spending the weekend in Chicago with our parents and Kristen and Jamison. Us girls and Jamison did a lot of shopping while the guys were running. We didn't buy much but it was fun just looking.

19 Weeks

16 Weeks

Everything looked great at my doctors appointment this morning!  The baby's heartbeat was 140bpm.  The doctor said that if she had to guess she thinks it is a boy!  We will find out for sure (hopefully) in 4 weeks.  

14 Weeks

We are very happy to announce that we are expecting the newest addition to our family on March 17!  We are very excited and could not wait to share the news with our family and friends!  We decided to start a blog to keep all of you who we do not get to see on a regular basis updated. 

We had a doctors appointment last week.  At the appointment we heard the heartbeat (155bpm) which is good, i think.  There was one concern,  I was measuring at 14 weeks rather than 12 weeks. Our doctor wanted us to come back and have an ultrasound (yay!) to make sure everything was ok and that there was only ONE baby!  Thankfully everything looked great!  I was measuring at 12 weeks and there was only ONE baby! (phew) :)

We were so happy see pictures of our baby! The pictures were so clear and the baby was moving around like crazy! It had it's little arm up in the air with it's fingers spread apart, almost like it was waving at us. It was one of the most amazing things we had ever seen! It made everything seem so real! We love our baby so much already!
